A learning architect — an engineer who builds people instead of machines. I design the learning that turns talent into its best version, where neuroscience, game design, and experience design meet.
I — The belief
I believe the right learning can unlock anyone's best version — and watching someone get there because of something I designed is the proof I chase.
Maytwin Pitipornvivat is a learning architect and CEO of BASE Playhouse, a learning-innovation and consulting firm in Bangkok. An engineer who builds people instead of machines, he brings an aerospace-trained systems mind to deeply human work.
He is the author of the InnerTalent Model, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and has spent 3,500+ hours on stage. His purpose is singular: to change how the world thinks about human potential.
